UberPOOL is now available to Commuter Benefit users in the United States

Edenred has enhanced its range of transportation solutions for American employees. As of January, they can pay for their commute with UberPOOL thanks to their Commuter Check card.

UberPool is a variant on the Uber transportation service allowing several passengers to share the same ride. This carpooling solution can be used in particular by colleagues to travel to or from work.

In addition to the means of transportation already offered by Edenred (bus, subway, bicycle) American employees benefit from a new simple and economical commuting solution.

To pay for their transportation expenses, users simply link Commuter Benefits to their personal account in the Uber application. When they need a ride, they make a reservation with this application and use their Commuter Check card as means of payment.

UberPOOL is currently available in around a dozen cities in the United States: Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, San Diego, Seattle and Washington, D.C.
