Edenred awarded at Transparency Grands Prix

The Edenred Group has been honored by the Transparency Grands Prix for its financial communications.

Financial Communications

For the third year consecutively, Edenred was recognized for the transparency of its financial communications.  For the 7th edition of the Transparency Grands Prix, the Group was awarded the Grand Prix for the Industrial Goods and Services sector.
This award reflects the attention paid by the Group to its financial communications, in terms of the accessibility, accuracy, comparability and availability of information. The Group was honored on the strength of all its documents containing regulated information: the registration document, half-year financial report, website and Notice to the Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Its performance was noteworthy despite the addition of 18 new criteria that reshuffled the cards of the winners' list, favoring issuers that have undertaken to more relevant information.

The Group was previously honored in July for the quality of its 2016 General Meeting when it won the SBF 80 Award.

The Jury has especially rewarded Edenred for the presentation of its Group's business and governance.
