Mega Bank Partners with Edenred Taiwan To Use Benefit Xpress to Deliver Employee Benefits

The Employee Welfare Committee of Mega Bank officially collaborates with Edenred Taiwan to use Benefit Xpress to deliver employee benefits since July, 2019. The two parties completed the contract signing ceremony recently and nearly 6,000 employees will benefit from this new cooperation.

Mega Bank stated that by partnering with Edenred Taiwan and delivering Benefit Xpress, the long-time cumbersome process of sending out paper vouchers in a complex and time-consuming method has been solved. With the improvement of operation efficiency and reducing the waste of the planet's resources, Benefit Xpress provides employees with greater flexibilities when selecting vouchers.
Edenred Taiwan mentioned that it is inevitable for corporates to encounter difficulties during the process of digitalizing. Edenred has been working on e-vouchers for decades and has rich experiences and diverse products to assist employee welfare's digitalization at different stages. The cooperation with Mega Bank extended Edenred's experience to the financial industry and helped Mega Bank's Employee Welfare Committee overcomed their pain point during digital transformation. Currently, nearly 50 corporates with 100,000 emplyees including large-scale manufacturing, technology and electronics, transportation, and logistics have chosen to use Benefit Xpress to provide employee benefits. This effectively improves the green energy operation and administrative efficiency of these corporates with up to 80% employee satisfaction rate. 
According to the research by Pollster in 2018, the coverage rate of Taiwan's e-vouchers has reached 90%. With nearly 70% of users prefer to receive e-vouchers due to the efficiency of paperless transaction and supporting the promotion of environmental protection.
