Each year, the Grands Prix de la Data highlight the most relevant customer experience/relationship systems where data enhances creativity and efficiency.
In 2023, Edenred was awarded for its digital assistant TED, based on artificial intelligence. This solution developed in Brazil makes it possible to optimize the daily tasks of fleet managers, notably by helping them to choose the most efficient type of fuel for their vehicles. TED can also locate gas stations offering the best prices – and plan out a route that reduces fuel costs and carbon emissions.
This distinction is a great recognition for the Group's approach, which relies on its community of more than 150 data practitioners to develop solutions in all its business lines, based on data science and artificial intelligence.
