This certification is the result of an in-depth study conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute of the Uruguayan subsidiary’s employees, which assesses their working conditions based on three points:
- trust between all employees and, in particular, towards management,
- pride in their company and their work,
- and camaraderie.
“We are very proud to have such efficient and committed employees who share our values. We are a very small structure (39 employees), but the certification stimulates our teams and increases our performance in the field!” stated the Managing Director of Edenred Uruguay.
Edenred: a great place to work
Almost 50% of 6,000 Edenred employees now work in a “best workplace”: Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Argentina, Spain and also United Kingdom (Investors in People) and Italy (SA 8000).
In addition, Chile was added to the “list” of the country’s companies where it is a great place to work for employees in September and the Managing Director in Germany has just committed its teams to the Great Place to Work certification process.
To be continued in 2011 …
