The Edenred American subsidiary was one of the one hundred winners honored this past August during the 26th "CIO 100" award ceremony.
This annual award program recognizes companies around the world for their operational and strategic excellence in the area of information technology.
Edenred United States is the country's leading provider of commuter benefits solutions.
It offers a wide range of solutions for small and large businesses including paper vouchers, debit cards, direct distribution of commuter passes, and electronic loading using an integrated white-label commuter platform.
An innovative platform
The new Flex Commute Network (FCN Pro) platform is the first web portal exclusively dedicated to commuter benefits in the United States.
The interface brings together offers from transit companies in the United States on the same portal:
- over 300 public transit agencies,
- over 5,000 parking facilities,
- carpool providers,
- bike shops.
Designed to be accessed on computers, tablets and mobile phones, the self-service tool allows employees to manage and order services to meet their needs.
Thanks to “smart” suggestions based on an employee's home zip code and office zip code, there are now fewer clicks per order.
"This innovative platform is the first white-label offering in the country for the commuter benefits industry. Time frames for client ramp-up are now significantly shorter with platform customizations taking only hours rather than months.” exclaimed Niraj Jetly, the Senior Vice President, CIO and COO, Edenred United States.
