The 2018 “Client Service of the Year” label is the only award given by totally independent entities on the basis of user opinions. This label, which appeared in France 11 years ago, is celebrating its seventh edition in Spain.
Thanks to 200 mystery clients, assigned to each brand, and more than 2,000 satisfaction surveys, Edenred was recognized as being the standard-setter when it comes to corporate payment services.
At the awards ceremony, the Head of Edenred Spain’s Customer Experience Department, Cristina Godoy, thanked the “Service Leader” label for the work it does every year to reward and highlight the efforts that companies make to offer a quality service to their users.
Pierre Gagnoud, Managing Director, Edenred Spain, was also delighted with the award. “This award means a lot to the company, as it rewards the efforts of each and every one of our employees who contribute to providing the best possible experience to our 9,000 corporate clients, our 63,000 partner merchants and the 360,000 employees who use our products”.
