Starting in September 2018, 18 graduates will have the chance to join an Edenred team in 10 locations, from Singapore to São Paulo and Milan, as part of France’s V.I.E. work placement program. The missions on offer in this program will enable them to be involved their first important professional project, in a fast-changing worldwide group.
Two courses targeting different profiles
For the first time, the 2018 Edenstep program includes two courses: Edenstep Business for jobs in finance, marketing, strategy or business development, and Edenstep Digital for jobs in digital technology.
For example, participants in Edenstep Business can contribute to the growth of mobile payment, support product launches or take part in financial transformation projects. The Edenstep Digital curriculum is dedicated to jobs in the digital transformation, from architecture and data science, to project management, development, infrastructure, hosting, networks or security.
Edenstep, a career booster for young graduates
Every participant in Edenstep benefits from individual support (training and mentoring) throughout the entire program.
Starting on September 3, 2018, the 18 participants will spend a week at Edenred’s head office in Paris. This immersive induction will enable them to meet the Group’s senior executives, before spending one week discovering the company’s various operational activities in several European subsidiaries.
Between the end of September 2018 and September 2020, each participant will carry out two one-year missions in two Edenred countries. At the end of the program, they may receive a job offer from the Group.
Edenstep, stepping out into the world
The Edenstep program offers the young graduates an opportunity to work on one of the three continents where the Group is present:
Latin America: Brazil (São Paulo), Mexico (Mexico City)
Asia: Singapore (Singapore)
Europe: Austria (Vienna), Belgium (Brussels), Finland (Helsinki), Germany (Frankfurt), Italy (Milan), Spain (Barcelona), the United Kingdom (London)
How to apply?
Graduates interested in participating in the Edenstep program should send their CV and a presentation in English on one PowerPoint slide to graduate.program@edenred.com before March 15, 2018. Once the profiles have been examined, the short-listed young graduates will be invited to participate in a one-day recruitment session in Paris (two interviews, followed by a group case study in English). The applicants must have graduated in 2017 or 2018 and be eligible for the V.I.E. work placement program. They must speak fluent English and have one professional experience (internship, temporary contract, permanent position), ideally in a field related to the Group’s business.
