Edenred received an award at the 19th European Social Services Conference

On July 6-8, the annual European Social Services Conference has been held in Warsaw in partnership with the Polish Presidency of the European Union.

The conference was convened by the European Social Network (ESN). Following Prague in 2009 and Barcelona in 2010, for the 3rd consecutive time, Edenred was the partner of the conference.

The conference headline this year was “Building an Active and Caring Society” with a focus on social services innovation. The conference gathered over 400 delegates (social directors, services managers, political decision-makers, senior professionals, researchers and campaigners) from 32 countries.

Edenred organized a workshop about “Vouchers: efficient tools to implement programs that are co-financed by the Structural and Cohesion Funds”. This workshop explored effects and benefits of using voucher systems (PSP) to implement programmes co-financed by European Funds through the presentation of existing practices in the field of training, access to employment and social inclusion, that are run in different European countries through a voucher system.
