Edenred launches its employer brand and unveils its global campaign

The campaign is being rolled out in Edenred’s 46 host countries to promote the Group’s image as an employer, both internally and externally.

The goal of the campaign is to improve Edenred’s visibility among candidates through a consistent, global employer brand in the 46 countries where the Group operates. The employer brand also aims to help retain employees and attract candidates with increasingly sought-after skills matching the wide variety of jobs and professions offered by Edenred.

The employer brand reflects the Group’s in-house culture and embodies its ambition as an employer, for employees and potential recruits alike. It emphasizes not only values and commitments, but also the practical benefits that make Edenred stand out from other employers.

The campaign’s tag line, “Vibe with us”, rests on three pillars:

  • We are a fast-growing company committed to people at work
  • We work in an ever-changing playground of opportunities
  • We are inspiring teams connected by a shared passion

Conceived as an invitation to share the hallmark drive that makes Edenred such a unique company, the campaign symbolically unites Edenred employees with the brand’s signature red spot. Four messages highlighting the campaign’s various angles back up the Group’s promise as an employer:

  • The right spot to reinvent life at work
  • The right spot to embrace team spirit
  • The right spot to grow fast
  • The right spot to reveal your entrepreneurial spirit

Initially focused on 28 ambassadors representing eight international Edenred subsidiaries, the campaign will be expanded in the coming months to include new employee profiles further illustrating the wealth and diversity of careers offered by the Group – and confirming its status as an employer of choice.
