The GPTW institute, which assesses employee working conditions based on three key factors (trust, pride in work undertaken and enjoyment), honored the Group's subsidiaries in the category of the best multinational workplaces.
This recognition was achieved in particular thanks to the impressive results of Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.
Certification by external providers is one of the main focuses of the Group's human resources policy. It makes it possible to undertake assessments and draw up action plans in order to create conditions for employee
well-being at work.
At the end of 2014, 84% of employees already worked in a subsidiary involved in a certification process. Edenred's aim is to have all of its subsidiaries involved in such a process by 2016.
