Edenred Germany honored for quality of life at work

For the 4th year consecutively, Edenred has been ranked one of the 100 best employers in Germany by the Great Place To Work institute.

Recognizing the best companies to work for, the Great Place to Work survey analyzes what employees think of their work environment based on criteria such as confidence in management, respect, fairness, pride and solidarity.

For its 15th edition in Germany, over 300,000 employees were surveyed in 700 companies, all sectors, sizes and structures combined. Of them, Edenred Germany stood out, maintaining its place in the top 100 workplaces, thanks in particular to excellent scores in the areas of respect, fairness, pride and team spirit.

This recognition reflects the Group's overall policy in favor of well-being at work. Edenred encourages efforts to improve employee quality of life at work in its subsidiaries through certification processes. Ninety percent of the Group's employees currently work in an environment committed to being a "Best Place to Work."
