For the second year on the trot, Edenred France's Customer Relations Center (CRC) claimed the award for theCustomer Service of the Year at the ceremony organized by Viséo Conseil on October 16 in Paris. Edenred's subsidiary entered the competition with its Ticket Restaurant® and Ticket Kadéos® solutions.
The winners at the 8th Customer Service of the Year Awards
The competing companies are ranked according to 215 mystery client tests conducted by volunteer consumers. The tests include phone calls, e-mails or forms and web surfing. The company with the highest score in each category is elected Customer Service of the Year.
"The Customer Service of the Year prize rewards the teams at the CRC for all their hard work, which is totally focused on the satisfaction of our corporate and public sector clients.
