Donate your expired 2016 meal vouchers to the French Red Cross

Didn’t use up all your 2016 meal vouchers ? You can donate them to the French Red Cross up until March 31, 2017, and help fund the organization’s work to promote balanced and healthy nutrition for its beneficiaries.

#RestauronsLaSolidarité

The “Restaurons la Solidarité” campaign led by the French Red Cross and Edenred France – the number one meal voucher provider with its Ticket Restaurant® program – has already raised more than €3,000,000 since 2002, including more tha€572,000 in 2016 alone. In France, 3.8 million employees have meal vouchers and can thus join in the effort.

Every euro donated to the French Red Cross pays for a full meal for someone in a vulnerable situation.
Each donation given allows the employee to benefit from a tax deduction equal to 75% of the total amount.

Paper or card: two ways to donate meal vouchers

How to donate paper meal vouchers to the French Red Cross

It's easy, and valid for all paper meal vouchers. Simply write "Red Cross" on all your vouchers and send them in an envelope without postage (before March 31, 2017, for 2016 vouchers) to the following address:
Opération Croix-Rouge – Libre réponse n°13935 – 92249 Malakoff Cedex
Vouchers from the current year can also be donated, without any deadline.

Donations made easier thanks to the Ticket Restaurant® card

Since 2014, employees who use the Ticket Restaurant® card can securely make their donations in just a few clicks. Between March 1 and 15, 2017, they will receive a notification in their myedenred.fr account asking whether they want to donate their unused 2016 vouchers.
It's also possible to make donations all year long at the French Red Cross website, up to €19 per day. In 2016, a record year for the campaign, 40% of donations were made using the Ticket Restaurant® card.

Since 2002, considerable charitable work has been funded

Thanks to the money collected, many local Red Cross units will be able to purchase crucial equipment such as refrigerated trucks and refrigerators to collect and store fresh food, or to equip charitable grocery stores.
