Happy at work, most of the time!
They are mainly satisfied with their interest in their job (85%), enjoy getting up in the morning to go to work (75%) and are confident in their professional future (74%).
Of them, top managers are particularly happy with their environment, including the equipment at their disposal (9 points above average), work and private life balance (10 points above average), and the clarity of their missions (8 points above average).
But with strong expectations and some concerns
Their primary expectations are related to the management of skills (transmission and renewal), 'end of career' management in particular. Thirty-three percent of them consider that the management of seniors in companies is inadequate. They also express an expectation regarding the establishment of a digital culture in the company.
In terms of concerns, they mention salary level (37%), on par with time spent working (34%), and ahead of keeping their job (29%), with significant local variations depending on the country's socio-economic context.
