Back to school for the Edenstep 2017 graduates

The 11 graduates selected by Edenred have just started their two-year international professional adventure. The induction phase will start in Paris on September 4, 2017, continuing in several subsidiaries, before their mission begins. Close-up on their arrival in the Edenred family.

 

Last February, Edenred launched Edenstep, a graduate program offering young talents an opportunity to experience a 24-month total-immersion professional adventure. The 11 candidates were selected after several recruitment sessions. They will embark on an adventure and will stay in eight Edenred offices, from Shanghai to São Paulo and Milan. The missions on offer in this international voluntary program will give them an opportunity to be involved their first professional project in a fast-changing worldwide group.

In the induction week, the first Edenstep graduates will have an opportunity to meet their mentors and some of the members of Edenred’s Executive Committee during various presentations and informal meetings focusing on a range of themes, from strategy and new payment technologies, to new business lines and corporate social responsibility. They will also attend workshops, take part in a team-building exercise and meet the people who work at the head office. After this first immersion phase, they will break out into small groups and spend two weeks discovering operational activities in Belgium, Italy, the UK and France, before finally heading off to their host countries.
