Appointments to Edenred’s Executive Committee

Edenred announced today two appointments to its Executive Committee:

Konstantinos Voyiatzis has been appointed Executive Vice President, Technology and Strategic Information Systems 
Konstantinos Voyiatzis, 56, studied computer science at the Supélec engineering school and obtained a doctorate in artificial intelligence and production management from INRIA and from the Paris IX Dauphine University. He began his career in 1982 at INRIA, working on research projects in the field of artificial intelligence. Then, he held various management positions at CAP SESA, Citroën and Sligos Group in the IT area. In 1995, he joined Essilor International as Information Systems Director for the Operations Division, going on to become Information Systems Director for Essilor America. In 2008, he moved to Nexans, where he served as Information Systems Director. Konstantinos Voyiatzis replaces Gilles Bonin, who will take a non-executive role until September 30, 2014.
    
Philippe Relland-Bernard, Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs, Tax and Insurance, has been appointed to the Executive Committee 
Graduated of a DESS degree in international business law from Toulouse University's Social Sciences University, Philippe Relland-Bernard, 41, began his career in 1996 as an in-house lawyer, first at Eurest then at Accor Services from 1999. In 2005, he was named Legal Affairs Director at Accor Services. Since 2010, he has been Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs, Tax and Insurance of Edenred (formerly Accor Services). Philippe Relland-Bernard also serves as Board Secretary of the Group.
